Executive Director Linda Morales has led Meadowbrook since 2014. Resident Care Director Angela Price, LPN, coordinates service planning with residents, families, and outside clinicians.
The community
Our single-story layout includes 32 assisted living suites and 16 memory support suites. Every common room opens toward a secure courtyard or shaded patio.
Our approach
We listen first, explain what we can and cannot provide, and review care needs as they change. Meadowbrook does not replace a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or emergency department.
Licensing & transparency
Meadowbrook is a fictional demonstration community represented as licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services under license AL-20984. Families may request sample agreements, policies, and current rate information.
