At Drop-Off
Park in a numbered customer space and check in at the red front door. Early-bird envelopes are beside the night drop.
During Service
Keep your phone available. We will not exceed the authorized amount without contacting you.
Pickup
Payment is due when the vehicle is picked up. We accept major cards, debit cards, and cash.
Waiting Area
Our small waiting room has Wi-Fi, coffee, water, two work-height counters, and a restroom. It is best suited to maintenance visits under two hours.
Local Shuttle
A complimentary shuttle is available within five miles from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please request a ride when making the appointment.
After-Hours Key Drop
Complete an envelope, place the key inside, and deposit it in the secured slot to the right of the main office entrance.
